Terms of Service

By accessing or using the Reacted platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform. If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must accept responsibility for your use and must complete any payment using their own account. Minors may not provide their own payment information or create paid transactions on the Platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Reacted platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform. If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must accept responsibility for your use and must complete any payment using their own account. Minors may not provide their own payment information or create paid transactions on the Platform.

2. Description of Service

Reacted LLC ("Reacted," "we," "us") operates an online marketplace that allows users ("Fans") to book services from independent content creators ("Creators"), including:

  • Async video reactions — Fans submit a video; Creators record and deliver a personalized video response.
  • Live 1:1 sessions — Fans book a scheduled real-time video call. Sessions are typically conducted via Google Meet links created when a Creator accepts a booking. Creators may connect a Google Calendar account to manage availability.

Reacted facilitates booking, payment, scheduling, and delivery workflows but does not create, produce, or supervise Creator content or live sessions.

3. Independent Creators

Creators are independent contractors and are not employees, agents, partners, or representatives of Reacted.

Reacted does not control the content, opinions, advice, or statements made by Creators.

Creators are solely responsible for their content.

4. Informational / Entertainment Disclaimer

All content provided through the Platform is for informational and/or entertainment purposes only.

Reacted does not provide medical, legal, financial, fitness, professional, or other licensed advice.

You acknowledge that any reliance on Creator content is at your own risk.

5. Payments & Refund Policy

Creators set their own pricing for each service they offer.

For paid bookings, payment is collected at checkout when you complete your purchase. Free bookings (where offered at $0) do not require payment.

A booking is considered delivered when:

  • Async video reactions: the Creator uploads and completes the reaction video; or
  • Live 1:1 sessions: the Creator marks the session complete in their dashboard after the scheduled call (typically after the session has started).

Once delivered, purchases are final and non-refundable except as described below or required by applicable law.

When refunds are issued

We may issue a full refund to the Fan if:

  • A Creator declines a paid booking before it is accepted (including live session bookings awaiting review);
  • A paid booking is not completed by the applicable deadline (see below), in which case our systems may automatically process a refund; or
  • A Fan reports submitted video content as inappropriate and Reacted determines the content does not violate Platform policies (async video reactions only).

If reported content is deemed inappropriate, no refund will be issued to the Fan.

Completion deadlines (automatic refunds)

If a paid booking is not delivered by the deadline below (plus any stated grace period), Reacted may automatically refund the Fan without further notice:

  • Async video reactions (accepted): within the Creator's stated delivery window (or rush window, if applicable), plus one (1) additional day.
  • Live sessions (awaiting Creator review): within seven (7) days of booking, plus one (1) additional day if the Creator has not accepted or declined.
  • Live sessions (accepted): within seven (7) days after the scheduled session end time if the Creator has not marked the session complete.

Creators are responsible for marking live sessions complete after the call so payout can be processed. Failure to do so within the deadline above may result in an automatic refund to the Fan.

Live sessions

Live session times are shown in the Creator's configured timezone. By booking, you agree to attend at the scheduled time or forfeit the session subject to these refund rules. Reacted is not responsible for missed sessions, technical issues on third-party video platforms (including Google Meet), or scheduling conflicts outside the Platform.

Meet links and calendar invites are provided by Creators via Google Calendar integration when available. Reacted does not guarantee that every accepted session will include a Meet link if the Creator's calendar integration is unavailable.

6. User Content & License

By submitting any video, text, or materials ("User Content"), you:

  • Represent that you own or have the right to submit the content.
  • Represent that if your video or content depicts another identifiable person, you have obtained that person's consent to be recorded and to have the content submitted on the Platform.
  • Grant Reacted a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and transmit the content for the purpose of operating the Platform.

You are solely responsible for your User Content.

Reacted reserves the right to remove content at its sole discretion.

7. Prohibited Content

Users may not submit content that:

  • Is illegal
  • Infringes intellectual property rights
  • Contains hate speech or harassment
  • Contains nudity or sexually explicit content
  • Depicts another person without that person's consent
  • Includes explicit unlawful material
  • Violates any applicable law

Reacted may remove content and suspend accounts at its discretion.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Reacted LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

  • Creator content
  • Live sessions or third-party video-call platforms
  • Advice given
  • User reliance
  • Platform interruptions

Reacted's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for the specific transaction giving rise to the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Reacted LLC from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

  • Your content
  • Your misuse of the Platform
  • Your violation of these Terms

10. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

Any dispute arising from these Terms or use of the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the State of Florida.

You waive the right to participate in a class-action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

Arbitration shall be conducted under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Modifications

Reacted reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
