Reacted LLC ("Reacted," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use the Reacted platform (the "Platform").

By using the Platform, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

A. Information You Provide

When you use the Platform, we may collect:

• Email address
• Video submissions (async reaction requests)
• Written descriptions or notes submitted with requests
• Live session booking details (e.g., selected time slot, session type, optional fan notes)
• Account information (for Creators)
• Payment-related information (processed by Stripe and, where applicable, Wise)

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform. If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must accept responsibility for your use and must complete any payment using their own account. Minors may not provide their own payment information on the Platform.

B. Payment Information

All payment transactions are processed by third-party payment processors, including Stripe.

Reacted does not store full credit card numbers.

Stripe may collect:

• Billing name
• Billing address
• Payment card details
• Transaction metadata

Stripe's use of your information is governed by Stripe's Privacy Policy.

C. Automatically Collected Information

When you access the Platform, we may automatically collect:

• IP address
• Browser type
• Device information
• Usage data
• Log files

This information helps us operate and improve the Platform.

D. Creator calendar & live scheduling (Creators only)

If you are a Creator and connect Google Calendar for live 1:1 sessions, we may collect and process:

• Your Google account email associated with the connection
• OAuth tokens (refresh tokens are stored in encrypted form) used to read calendar availability, create calendar events, and generate Google Meet links
• Weekly availability windows you configure on the Platform
• Calendar busy/free information needed to show bookable time slots

When a live session is accepted, we may create a calendar event and share the resulting Meet link and scheduled time with the Fan by email. Fan email addresses may be added as calendar attendees for that event.

Google's handling of data accessed through OAuth is also governed by Google's Privacy Policy.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to:

• Process async video reaction requests and live session bookings
• Facilitate payments and Creator payouts
• Schedule live sessions and send session-related emails (e.g., confirmations, Meet links)
• Deliver Creator responses and mark completed services
• Communicate with users about request and booking status
• Enforce our Terms of Service and process refunds where applicable
• Detect fraud or misuse
• Improve the Platform

We do not sell your personal information.

3. User-Submitted Content

Video submissions, booking notes, and descriptions may contain personal information.

By submitting content, you grant Reacted the right to host, store, and transmit that content for purposes of operating the Platform. Content must comply with our Terms of Service, including: no nudity or sexually explicit content, and you must have consent from any other identifiable person depicted in your video before submitting it.

We do not claim ownership of your content.

4. How We Share Information

We may share information with:

• Payment processors (e.g., Stripe, Wise for Creator payouts where enabled)
• Google (when Creators connect Google Calendar for live session scheduling and Meet links)
• Cloud storage and database hosting providers
• Email service providers
• Creators and Fans, as needed to fulfill a booked service (e.g., fan email on a calendar invite)
• Legal authorities if required by law

We do not sell personal data to third parties.

5. Data Retention

We retain personal information only as long as necessary to:

• Fulfill transactions
• Comply with legal obligations
• Resolve disputes
• Enforce agreements

We may retain certain information for tax, fraud prevention, or legal compliance purposes.

6. Data Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information.

However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

Reacted is based in the United States.

The Platform is intended for individuals 18 years of age or older. If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must accept responsibility for your use and must complete any payment using their own account.

We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from individuals under 18 without appropriate parental involvement. If we become aware that a minor has provided information or completed a transaction without proper parental authorization, we may delete the information and cancel the related transaction.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.

Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
